Adults

Perhaps you've never learnt to ride a bike and would like to start now (it's never too late!), or you'd like to have a little more confidence cycling on the roads either to work, or with your family.

Children

Is your little (or not so little!) one struggling to ditch the stabilisers and get pedalling?

Would you like them to gain a little more road sense for family bike rides, before they do Bikeability at school?

Sometimes learning to ride a bike isn't as easy as it may seem!

If your little one is taking a bit longer to learn or has additional needs that make it a bit more tricky, you might both benefit from some input from a professional cycle trainer.

Every child is different, and as well as using tried and tested methods, I love to find special ways to engage with each child to make it fun for them. I've learnt a lot about favourite books and foods, been chased by a lot of T-Rexes, and sung a lot of songs!

Learn to Cycle sessions are usually at either Ladygrove Park in Didcot or Milton Park but if you have somewhere else local you'd prefer, this can be arranged.

I always start off by removing the pedals and lowering the saddle to get fully confident balancing before re-introducing the pedals.
