'I have bad posture' is a phrase often heard, but what does it actually mean?! Posture is a fascinating topic, and of great importance for me when assessing and treating clients. Every body is different, but there are some typical postural types, which are detailed in the pdf below, along with lots of tips for common problems that might be experienced as a result, and tips for stretching/strengthening muscles to help with these.
